Mother Teresa Mahila Mahavidyalaya aims to impart qualitative education to its students so as to sharpen their analytical skills and decision-making abilities.

There are facilities for playing tennis, basketball and soccer on the College Campus. The college has Common Room for Girls, facilities for gymnastics, badminton,
squash, table tennis and other indoor games.
The College plays a significant role in reforming socially relevant education. It offers career-oriented training to students besides community-oriented courses
in education, such as socio-economic welfare, environment, poverty, population, consumer, religion, women, children etc. it also provides legal education on rural problems.
